What if I don’t have the funds necessary to access many “super foods”?

It’s actually a myth that we need specific superfoods to heal. I will meet you where you are and teach you how to make your money work for you. Bringing your body back to homeostasis can be accessed by everyone. Eating all the superfoods but not addressing lifestyle mindset and movement will not leave us symptom free. Similarly, excessive exercise but not addressing adequate sleep, mindful eating and mindset will not move the pendulum to health as much as we are led to believe. True health is when our physical body is symptom free,  and we have compassion, endless respect and love for ourselves.

How do I know what program is the best choice for me

I will guide you with compassion and understanding. I will give you actionable steps that will leave you feeling excited to make them and not overwhelmed or confused. I will show up and be 100 % present and committed. I expect the same from you. Similar to a personal trainer, I can make recommendations but you have to do the work to see the results. You will feel empowered.

Where do our sessions take place?

All of our sessions are virtual. They can take place anywhere you want! At home, in a coffee shop, even on the beach!  All you need is your laptop, access to wifi and yourself! Mess free, everything saved in one place. Show up and I’ll take care of the rest and make sure you GLOW up!

How many sessions will I need?

This all depends on your health goals. The symptoms we experience are our body’s way of talking to us. As women, and specifically mommas we tend to downplay our symptoms and make ourselves think it's not as bad as it really is. We become so out of tune with our body that we don’t give much attention until these symptoms are screaming at us and/or we’ve been diagnosed with a condition. WIth that in mind bringing our body back to homeostasis will not take one or two sessions. It will not take 1 or 2 months. The coaching packages I’ve created will help kickstart your journey back to yourself and back to health. They will empower you and you will evolve in ways you didn’t think possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

I get it, life happens and sometimes we need to cancel. Please provide 24 hours notice for any appointments that need to be rescheduled. Appointments not rescheduled 24 hours before are subject to a fee.
