Hi, Im Nadine, a  Women's Health and Hormone Nutritionist and the founder of That Green Glow. I am here to help you uncover the root cause of your health struggle and guide you back to vibrant energy and self-trust through functional testing, personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations and compassionate coaching. 

I know how overwhelming it can feel to be at war with your body. I've lived through burnout, hormonal chaos, and the endless cycle of self-criticism myself. What changed everything for me was learning how to listen to my body's signals with curiosity instead of frustration and fear and that is the same shift I help my clients make. 

My approach combines functional testing with evidence-based practices, nourishment, radical self-care, coaching and somatic tools. Together, we’ll create space for you to feel safe in your body again, restore your energy, balance your hormones, and build rhythms that feel supportive and joyful. Because when you feel grounded and well, your whole family benefits.

 

Outside of my work, I love sunset walks, traveling and exploring new cultures, experimenting in the kitchen with nourishing creations, and enjoying life with my husband and our three children.

My Story

I’ve been where you are.

My health journey began in the 8th grade with skin struggles that never felt small. Every symptom I experienced was met with urgency and fear. By thirteen, I was put on antibiotics and stayed on them until I was twenty-six. I grew up believing my body was broken and needed to be controlled or fixed. That belief shaped how I lived, how I ate, and how I thought about myself.

In an effort to heal, I cut out every food I thought was triggering my acne,  and in the process, I cut out joy, too. I felt so restricted and overwhelmed by food that I often skipped meals. Instead of healing, I depleted my body of vital nutrients and found myself stuck in deeper fatigue, hormonal chaos, and worsening mental health.

I used food to control my health and the size of my body, not to nourish it. That control turned into fear. My relationship with food became rigid, and I grew more and more disconnected from my body’s signals. I didn’t know how to trust myself, only how to restrict, overthink, and ignore what I truly needed.

 

The turning point came when I realized that healing isn’t about chasing the next diet or supplement. It’s about supporting the whole woman. We cannot heal a body that doesn’t feel safe. Yes, we need nourishment, but we also need nervous system support, awareness of our thoughts, and the ability to honour emotions instead of suppressing them.

Functional testing gave me the mirror I needed. At first, I felt guilt and shame but instead of staying there, I met myself with compassion. I learned to feel gratitude that, even after years of restriction, my body was still fighting to show up for me. That shift - from judgment to curiosity - changed everything. It helped me rebuild trust with my body, step by step.

Today, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the women I serve. As a Functional Nutritionist for Women’s Health and Hormones, I guide women back to themselves with evidence, compassion, and clarity.  As a mother of three, I deeply understand the season of life you are in.

My work exists for the woman who is tired of obsessing over her health and waiting to “feel better” before she lives. You don’t have to put your life on hold. You can feel strong, nourished, resilient, and finally at ease in your body. You deserve to live a life of joy and pleasure that you don't need an escape from.
