Own Your Glow: 3 Month Experience Includes 

→ One 90-minute initial consultation to explore your story, clarify your goals, and lay the foundation for our work together.

→ Eleven weekly 45-minute coaching calls where we’ll gently uncover old patterns, build new skills, and create more ease and confidence in your relationship with food and your body.

→ Text support in your private client portal for accountability, celebrating wins, and working through challenges or thoughts in real time.

→ Worksheets, journal prompts, and integration practices designed to help you take what we discuss and bring it into daily life in a way that feels natural and lasting.
